TestQuest is a mobile application designed to help students prepare for the SAT through daily practice questions, progress tracking, and social features. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

If you submit content through the App (such as a username or profile information), you grant TestQuest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TestQuest does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific SAT score improvement will result from using the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
