- Payment information: if you purchase a paid feature through the Apple App Store, payment is processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

- Performance data: the questions you answer, your responses, scores, accuracy, time spent on questions and study sessions, progress over time, and challenge results;
- Device and technical information: device type and model, operating system and version, browser type and version, IP address, device identifiers, language settings, and network information;
- Usage data: pages and screens you visit, features you use, buttons and links you click, session duration, referring URLs, and timestamps;
- Crash and diagnostic data: logs, error reports, and performance diagnostics that help us identify and fix problems with the Service.
We do not collect precise geolocation information.

Business transfers. If TestQuest is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through the Service or by other means.

9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. Our Terms of Use restrict use of the Service to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

TestQuest is based in the United States, and the personal information we collect is processed in the United States.
